Note: The Letter of Intent may be referred to as an "Application".

Please be advised that you are NOT filling out the actual Pilot Project Award application. 

Applications are by invitation only.

The submission deadline for the Letter of Intent is December 6, 2024. The program directors will send an email by mid-December to all those who receive approval to apply.
